J. Matthew Hutzler

J. Matthew Hutzler, Ph.D. has a diverse and extensive work experience. J. Matthew is currently the Executive Director of Scientific Engagement at Inotiv, where they provide laboratory support and ensures high-quality data for drug discovery programs. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Drug Discovery Program Development at Inotiv, where they delivered nonclinical and analytical services.

Before joining Inotiv, Dr. Hutzler worked at Q² Solutions as the Director of ADME Services from 2017 to 2021. J. Matthew was also employed at Quintiles as the Director of In Vitro Metabolism and as a Research Investigator. J. Matthew started their career at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Principal Scientist, where they played a significant role in drug metabolism and pharmacokinetic strategy and successfully guided medicinal chemistry and discovery teams.

Dr. Hutzler's previous experience includes working at Pfizer as a Senior Principal Scientist and at Pharmacia (former Upjohn Company) as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist. J. Matthew has demonstrated expertise in various areas of drug discovery and development throughout their career.

J. Matthew Hutzler, Ph.D. obtained their Ph.D. in Drug Metabolism/Pharmacokinetics from West Virginia University. J. Matthew completed their doctoral studies at the university from 1997 to 2001.
