Jeanne Rumsey is a seasoned professional in drug metabolism and biotransformation, currently serving as Senior Principal Investigator at Inotiv since April 2019. At Inotiv, Jeanne leads the design and execution of in vitro and in vivo drug metabolism studies, focusing on biotransformation pathways and ADME properties. Prior experience includes roles as a Proteomics Mass Spectrometry Data Analysis Specialist and Mass Spec Lab and Project Manager at Washington University School of Medicine, where Jeanne oversaw significant data processing and resource management. Jeanne also held various principal scientist positions at Pfizer, contributing to drug discovery through pharmacokinetic and safety profile enhancements, supported by a strong foundation in analytical chemistry and mass spectrometry from earlier roles at Monsanto, PPD, and Chemir Analytical Services. Jeanne earned an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a B.S. in Chemistry from Saint Louis University.
