Jeff Krupp

Jeff Krupp has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Jeff currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Inotiv since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Sr. Vice President of Human Resources at Inotiv and Vice President of Human Resources at Dover Corporation. Further back in their career, they held various leadership roles such as Vice President of Talent Management and Culture and Vice President of Human Resources at Wabash National. Jeff also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Masco Corporation - Delta Faucet and Commercial Vehicle Group. Jeff started their career as a Human Resources Manager at Certified Tool & Manufacturing and later at Magna International.

Jeff Krupp completed their education history with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Tennessee Wesleyan University in 1995. Jeff later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from Anderson University, which they completed in 2010. Jeff also attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where they participated in the Advanced Human Resources Executive Program, finishing in 2015. Prior to their university education, they attended Oak Ridge High School.
