Kenneth Swart

Kenneth Swart has a diverse work experience in the field of bioanalysis and biomarkers. Kenneth is currently serving as the SVP Bioanalytical and Biotherapeutic Sciences at Inotiv since December 2021. Prior to this, they were the VP Bioanalytical Science and Biotherapeutics at the same company from May 2021 to December 2021.

Before joining Inotiv, Kenneth worked at PAREXEL for a significant period. Kenneth held various roles including Senior Director and Subject Matter Expert, Bioanalysis, Biomarkers, and Genomic Medicine from June 2010 to April 2021. Kenneth also served as the WW Head of Bioanalysis and Biomarker Services from January 2004 to June 2010. Additionally, they worked as a Laboratory Director at PAREXEL from 1987 to 2004.

In 2006, Kenneth joined the University of the Free State as a Professor.

Kenneth Swart completed their education at Grey College from 1967 to 1971, where they matriculated. Kenneth subsequently attended the University of the Free State, starting in 1973 and concluding in 1987. During this time, they pursued various degrees including a PhD, M.Med.Sc, BSc(Hon), and BSc, specializing in Pharmacology, Bioanalytical chemistry, Chemistry, and physiology.
