Anthony Lombardo

Anthony is an experienced M&A and finance professional servicing private equity and strategic clients with buy-side and sell-side due diligence support. Also, support clients with needs in the CFO suite and finance operations. He worked with companies ranging from venture-backed start-ups to multi-national public companies and executed on transactions ranging from $5 million to over $1 billion. Before joining Histofi, Anthony held multiple positions at PwC, Boingo Wireless, Inc. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management of UCLA.
