Neil Mendoza

Neil Mendoza serves as the Provost of Oriel College, Oxford since September 2018 and is a Member of the House of Lords since October 2020. Mendoza is also the Chairman of Civic Future and the Illuminated River Foundation, along with a Non-Executive Director role at Meira GTx. Previously, Mendoza held positions such as Commissioner for Culture at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport from January 2016 to August 2023, and Chairman of The Landmark Trust until December 2021. Educational background includes an MA in Geography from the University of Oxford and attendance at Haberdashers' Aske's.
