Tamsin Foster

Tamsin Foster is a seasoned programme manager with extensive experience in public engagement and marketing within the heritage and sports sectors. Currently serving at Historic England since February 2018, Tamsin has held roles such as interim head of major projects, overseeing significant initiatives like the establishment of a new trading company at Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings and enhancing visitor experiences. Prior to this, Tamsin was the marketing and communications manager at Energize STW County Sports Partnership, where responsibilities included marketing strategy development, event management, and brand oversight. Tamsin began a career in marketing as a publicity assistant at Shropshire Council and holds a CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing from Oxford College of Marketing, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre, Film, and Television Studies from Aberystwyth University.
