David Flockhart MCIPS is a procurement professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Procurement Business Partner at Historic Environment Scotland since January 2022, David previously held the position of Procurement Officer at the University of Strathclyde from October 2019 to February 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Buyer at Honda of the UK Manufacturing Ltd., where responsibilities included managing a £28 million supplier portfolio and overseeing cost control for mass production.
