Shiuwei (Marc) Ho is an accomplished financial leader with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis across various industries. Currently serving as the FP&A Director for the Mining Business Segment and Business Partner for the Procurement Organization at United States Steel Corporation since July 2019, Shiuwei has also held roles such as Controller at Clairton Coke Works, the largest coke plant in North America. Prior experience includes serving as the Enterprise Transformation FP&A Lead at Arconic and as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at Alcoa, where Shiuwei managed operational finance functions. Additionally, experience includes time at RTI International Metals working on sales, inventory, and operations planning, and earlier roles at GE Appliances, MSA, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, and the Army of Taiwan. Shiuwei holds two master's degrees in business administration and industrial engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Chung Yuan Christian University.
