Leo Burke

Leo Burke is a Compliance & Procedures Manager at Historic Scotland. In this role, they oversee governance and internal control practices, process development and implementation, and leading change within the Commercial and Tourism team. Prior to this, Leo worked as a Commercial Analyst at the same organization, focusing on data reporting and analysis. They also have experience as a GPC Administrator at The Scottish Government, where they implemented a new Government Procurement Card contract. Leo holds a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy from The University of Edinburgh.
