Lisa Bereda is a legal expert with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Vice President and General Counsel at Deckers Brands since January 2011. Throughout her tenure at Deckers, Lisa has held several roles, including Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant General Counsel, providing business-oriented legal solutions for a global public footwear company. Prior to Deckers, Lisa worked as Corporate Counsel, advising public companies on securities filings and regulations, and as an Associate at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth and Cooley Godward Kronish, focusing on venture capital financings and fund formation. Lisa holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science and Government from UC Santa Barbara.
