Ana Blum

Ana Blum currently serves as the Director of Housekeeping at The Hermitage Hotel since May 2021, following a role as Housekeeping Manager at EPICUREAN HOTEL from August 2018 to May 2021. With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Ana has managed teams of varying sizes, including overseeing 29 employees at EPICUREAN HOTEL and 30 at TFS Total Facility Service as an Account Manager. Previous positions include Assistant Executive Housekeeper at DoubleTree Tampa Westshore Hotel, where Ana supervised a team of 50, and Office Coordinator at InterContinental Hotels Group, responsible for department opening and operations. Ana's early career featured an internship in Housekeeping Management at Marriott Hotels. Currently, Ana is pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management and Business Administration from Cornell University, set to conclude in September 2024, along with prior education in English as a Second Language from Hillsborough Community College.
