Elena Casasempere Dalama

Elena Casasempere Dalama is an experienced professional with a strong background in visitor services, retail management, and cultural heritage. Currently serving as a Warden at Historic Royal Palaces since May 2017, Elena excels in providing exceptional service to visitors, managing health and safety, and conducting guided tours of the Crown Jewels. Previous roles include Stock Manager at Yuki Tokyo, where Elena optimized stock levels and generated detailed sales reports, as well as positions in retail sales and hospitality, demonstrating strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills.
