Ian Starkey

Ian Starkey is an experienced professional with a diverse background in governance and leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Audit & Risk Committee for Historic Royal Palaces since August 2019, Ian also holds a position as a Non-executive Board member at DAC Beachcroft LLP, a prominent international law firm. Ian has contributed to the recruitment industry as a Non-Executive Director at Staffline Group PLC and chaired the Audit Committee for Bespoke Capital SPAC. With a longstanding career at KPMG, Ian was a Partner from 1995 to 2018 and served as the senior elected partner on the Board of the UK firm from 2012 to 2017. Education includes an Executive Coaching Graduate degree from Meyler Campbell and studies at Harvard Business School, alongside a degree from the University of Birmingham.
