Joe Botten is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in academic operations, performing arts, and administrative roles. Currently an Associate Manager at Capella University since 2008, Joe has held various positions including Senior Operations Specialist and Supervisor within the Doctoral Success Center, demonstrating expertise in quality assurance and operational reporting. Joe's decision-making capabilities positively impacted productivity rates significantly, and leadership was evident through support provided to both faculty and learners during dissertation processes. Additionally, Joe has contributed to the performing arts community with roles at Hennepin Theatre Trust and The Guthrie Theater, showcasing strong guest interaction and a commitment to excellence. An educational background from the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor of Arts in Theater complements Joe's diverse skill set.

Hennepin Theatre Trust is a nonprofit organization established in 2002. Recognized as leader of arts and culture and economic development in downtown Minneapolis, we bring value to the community through our three theatres, our home at 900 Hennepin, and our growing portfolio of collaborative partnerships.
