Fred D’Silva

Fred D’silva is currently the Director of IT at Theirtory Factory. Prior to that, they were a Solutions Architect for ProSphere from June 2018 to February 2021. In their role as a Solutions Architect, they provided subject matter expertise for Infrastructure Operations and Maintenance, Cloud Architecture and Adoption, and Digital Transformation strategy and planning. Fred worked with the Proposal Team to create technical approaches and designs for RFI, RFP, and RTEP responses. Fred also met with potential customers and stakeholders to realize IT initiatives and strategies. Additionally, they created a past performance library for the technical achievements accomplished for ProSphere's contracting work to various government agencies.

While performing the Solutions Architect role, they provided internal subject matter expertise and hands-on technical guidance for the internal ProSphere IT team on Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Azure Active Directory) and Microsoft Azure. Fred also provided escalation support for the on-premise help desk team for server and cloud technologies when needed.

One major accomplishment while they were performing the role of a Solutions Architect was re-vamping the proposal creation/writing process, leveraging SharePoint and OneDrive Online for enhanced collaboration within the organization.

Fred D’silva has a Bachelor of Science in Applied Information Technology from George Mason University. Fred is certified by VMware as a VMware Certified Associate - Cloud and a VMware Certified Associate - Data Center Virtualization. Fred is also certified by Comptia as a Certified A+ and by SonicWall as a Certified SonicWall Security Administrator.

Fred D’silva reports to Bruce Weindruch, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Corrie Commisso - Senior Director, Creative, Damion Boulden - Director of Production, and Paul Stewart - Researcher.
