Dejan Teofilovic

Dejan Teofilovic currently serves as the Technical Lead for Advanced Systems at HistoSonics, Inc. since February 2024, and has been the Chief Executive Officer of RingBus Americas since March 2020, overseeing the development of intelligent fire and smoke damper control solutions. Previously, Dejan held various leadership roles at Xoran Technologies, including Chief Technology Officer and VP Engineering from September 2017 to February 2024, and served as Senior Director of Product Development and Director of Engineering at HistoSonics, Inc. from January 2010 to September 2017. Earlier experience includes positions at Xoran Technologies and DEX, providing a strong background in engineering and operations management.
