Erica Rogers

Erica Rogers is a seasoned executive and advisor in the healthcare and medical technology sectors. Currently serving as Director at LightForce since May 2024 and at HistoSonics, Inc. since December 2022, Erica also holds a directorship and chairs the Compensation Committee at Sight Sciences, Inc., a role begun in December 2019. Additionally, Erica has been an Investment Advisor at Venture Investors since June 2010. Previously, Erica was the President and CEO of Silk Road Medical, Inc. from October 2012 to November 2023, establishing the company as an innovative leader in healthcare. Erica has contributed strategic advice as an advisor to various organizations, including Alydia Health and the Naval Postgraduate School, and has been a member of the International Women's Forum from 2015 to 2023. Erica Rogers holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology/Human Biology from San Diego State University.
