Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at HIT. His background combines strong technical expertise with strategic leadership, helping organizations modernize infrastructure, scale applications, and deliver data-driven solutions.

Throughout my career, I’ve led cross-functional IT teams in development, consulting, architecture, security, and governance — always with a focus on efficiency, innovation, and customer value. I have successfully managed large-scale initiatives including ERP/CRM implementations, infrastructure, core platform migrations, cloud transformations, and end-to-end application development.

Certified as PMP®, CSM®, SFC™, and ATF, I bring a solid foundation in both agile and traditional project management. I specialize in building high-performing teams, defining business-oriented IT strategies, and ensuring seamless delivery of complex projects while managing multimillion-dollar budgets.
