Shannon Sylva has over 20 years of work experience, starting with UPS in various roles including Pre-Load and Package Center Supervisor, Package Center Manager, Industrial Engineering Manager, Hub Manager, and Business Manager. Shannon then worked at Fritz Companies as the Group Operations Manager, overseeing customs clearance services. After that, they joined FedEx Trade Networks Transport & Brokerage as the Senior Manager of Hub Operations and later became the Managing Director of Express Operations. At Polyconcept North America, Shannon served as the Director of Internal Operations for Bullet Line and Director of Customer Operations for Leed's. Shannon was also the Director of Customer Operations for Polyconcept North America, shaping and directing the corporate customer strategy and operations vision. Currently, Shannon is the Vice President of Customer Experience at Hit Promotional Products, where they lead a large organization.
