Michelle Kizer is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement across diverse industries. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at HIT Strategies since April 2022, Michelle established the internal HR department for a rapidly scaling polling firm and integrated employee feedback into long-term strategies. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
