Jen McLaren

Jen McLaren is an experienced professional in resource management, currently serving as Lead Resource Manager at Hitachi Digital Services since November 2023, after holding the same title at Hitachi Vantara for 17 years. With a strong background in staffing and operations, Jen has been responsible for managing approximately 250 personnel across 10 national teams in the US. Prior to this, Jen held various roles at Hitachi Vantara, including Resource Management Senior Specialist and National Operations Specialist. Jen's career began as an Executive Assistant at KSL Newsradio, supporting the Sales Manager and team, and included a work-study at Westminster College. Jen holds a BA in International Business with a French minor from Westminster University.
