Manoj Jajoo

Manoj Jajoo has a strong background in technology and software development. Manoj has held various roles in different companies, starting with their current position as Vice President of Digital Solutions at Hitachi Digital Services. In this role, Manoj is responsible for delivering global projects in digital modernization and digital insights, as well as partnering with cross-functional teams.

Before joining Hitachi, Manoj worked at Aricent as an Associate Vice President of Technology, where they played a key role in launching new service offerings and conceptualizing new IPs for the market. Manoj also conducted reviews for quality and performance.

Prior to Aricent, Manoj worked at Infosys as a Principal Technology Architect, where they played a crucial role in product engineering for location-based services. Manoj successfully secured a major deal worth $4.5 million in licensing.

Manoj also gained experience at Dell as a Senior Technical Architect, where they designed content delivery applications based on customer requirements. Manoj also worked as a Principal Engineer at CXOSystems, designing dashboard components for network analytics product development, which eventually became part of Cisco's IP.

Earlier in their career, Manoj worked at PwC as a Project Leader, executing multiple projects for companies like Ingersoll Rand and J&J. Manoj worked on various technologies, including Microsoft .NET and SharePoint.

Manoj began their career as a Consultant at Merrill Lynch, where they focused on migrating applications and worked on various projects using Microsoft .NET and Oracle database.

Before joining Merrill Lynch, Manoj worked at SoftTech Engineers Ltd as a Software Developer, where they designed and developed products for construction engineering groups.

Manoj Jajoo completed their Executive MBA from the Indian School of Business from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they obtained a Certificate in Competitive Marketing Strategy And Mergers & Alliances from The Wharton School. Their undergraduate degree is a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication from Savitribai Phule Pune University, which they completed from 1990 to 1994. Manoj also holds additional certifications, including an Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification obtained in December 2021, and a TOGAF® Certification Program obtained in 2008.
