Misty Halstead is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and commercial transactions. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Hitachi High-Tech America, Inc. since June 2017, Misty specializes in complex non-standard agreements and ensures compliance with legal and corporate standards.
