Kevin Litzenberger has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kevin started their career as a Partner at Agility Factor Inc. in 2006 and stayed there till 2014. Kevin then worked as a Program Manager at Sanjel Energy Services, overseeing the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and related projects. Kevin also served as a Project Manager for the Microsoft Navision implementation for a recently acquired company. Kevin joined Trican Well Service Ltd. in 2014 as a Program Manager for Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation but the program was put on hold for economic reasons.
In 2015, Kevin became a Project Manager at the University of Calgary, where they managed the Blackboard Transact Project, focusing on replacing the existing solution for a multi-purpose campus card. Kevin ensured the implementation of the new information system, multiple integrations to campus information systems, and compliance with University PCI requirements.
Kevin then worked at Capgemini in 2016 as a Program Manager for the Digital Customer Experience & Portal Strategy Program for the utility client Hydro One. Kevin established the delivery approach, prepared the business case, and was responsible for redesigning and re-platforming public and secure websites.
In 2016, Kevin was a Project Manager at FortisBC, managing the FortisBC SOX project to ensure US SOX compliance after the parent company, Fortis Inc., acquired a US-based company. Kevin then joined Precision Drilling in 2017 as a Project Manager for various Microsoft initiatives, including CRM reimplementation, integration with SAP, and implementing non-SAP systems for additional business units.
Kevin worked as a Project Manager at Mark's in 2018 and then joined Hitachi Solutions Canada in 2019. At Hitachi Solutions Canada, they held multiple roles, including Program Manager, Vice President of Regional Delivery, General Manager and Vice President, and General Manager and Senior Vice President. Finally, in 2023, Kevin joined Hitachi Solutions America as the Senior Vice President of Delivery, overseeing PMO and Project Services.
Kevin Litzenberger attended the University of Regina from 1981 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Later, in 2009 to 2011, they attended Mount Royal University, specializing in Applied Project Management. In addition to their formal education, Kevin also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2005, and the Prosci ADKAR Change Management Certification from Prosci Research in 2010.
