Masahiko Inoue

Masahiko Inoue is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and technology development in the HR and recruiting sector. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Paletter, Inc. since November 2023, Inoue leads the development of a one-way video interview application that assesses candidate soft skills through AI technology. Prior to this role, Inoue worked as a Product Manager at Hitachi Solutions America, Ltd. from October 2022, focusing on AI Interview Services, and held a similar position at Hitachi Solutions, Ltd. from April 2000 to September 2022, where significant contributions included building AI models for recruiters and launching an AI Interview Service in Japan in December 2021. Additionally, Inoue's early career included project management in system engineering across various sectors. Inoue holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Materials Science from Kyushu University.
