Theron Griffin

Theron Griffin has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Theron currently serves as the Director of Americas Talent Acquisition at Hitachi Solutions America since June 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at Hitachi Vantara, including Manager of Americas Talent Acquisition for Digital Solutions and Business Consulting, where they managed a team of recruiters and collaborated with key stakeholders. Theron also served as the CEO/Search Consultant at The Origination Group and worked as a Contract Recruiter at Cox Communications. Theron began their career at Aerotek, where they served as a Senior Recruiter and Account Manager, responsible for full life cycle recruiting and account management for banking clients.

Theron Griffin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Georgia Southern University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996.
