Bhupinder Arora

Bhupinder Arora currently serves as Head of AI and Analytics at Pentaho, where responsibilities include driving improvements by launching and scaling Generative AI use cases across the organization. Bhupinder's experience also includes a tenure at Monitor Deloitte as a Sr. Manager, providing strategic advice to Fortune 500 clients on growth, pricing strategies, and digital transformation through advanced analytics. Early career experience includes positions at Deloitte Consulting and Tavant Technologies, as well as a summer internship at Hindustan Unilever Ltd. Bhupinder holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi.
