Jessica Diehl

Jessica Diehl is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer advocacy, energy efficiency, and innovation consulting. Currently serving as the Customer Advocacy & VOC Program Manager for Hitachi Vantara in the Americas since October 2022, Jessica has a strong track record in driving customer success initiatives. Previous roles include being an Innovation & Fundraising Consultant from April 2018 to September 2022, where guidance was provided to nonprofit organizations on strategy and fundraising, and serving as the Energy Efficiency Program Manager for PPL Electric Utilities from March 2015 to March 2018, managing a significant budget for energy conservation programs. Jessica's career began in marketing and IT roles, including positions at Avogadro Environmental Corporation and Lehigh Valley Financial Group. Educationally, Jessica holds a BS in Marketing from DeSales University and an A.A. in Liberal Arts from Lehigh Carbon Community College.
