Paul Bratach is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in system engineering and technical support. Currently serving as a Technical Resource Contact Center Analyst - Expert at Hitachi Vantara since July 2023, Paul’s role involves providing advanced assistance to L1 and L2 engineers for various Hitachi Content Platform solutions. Prior to this position, Paul worked at DataTrust Solutions for a decade, holding roles ranging from Technical Writer to Senior System Engineer, focusing on product documentation and development. Paul has also held positions as an Independent Consultant, Principal Technical Engineer, and Technical Services Manager throughout a diverse career that includes tenure at notable companies such as ProStor Systems and Sun Microsystems. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
