Ashutosh Anshu

Ashutosh Anshu is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as Board Director, CHRO & DE&I Lead for Hitachi India since February 2013. Previous roles include Head of HR at Socomec, where Ashutosh led the establishment of the HR department and implemented cultural change, as well as Sr. Manager at Denso India Limited, and Manager P&A at Intex Technologies. Earlier career experiences include positions at the Murugappa Group, Bridgestone India, and Parasrampuria Synthetics, focusing on HR functions and system development. Ashutosh holds a PGPM&IR in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from the Institute of Engineering & Rural Technology, Allahabad, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Allahabad.
