Onkar Krishna

Onkar Krishna is a Senior Researcher at Hitachi since October 2021, with prior experience as a Research Associate at NTT, where the focus was on developing AI models for human-like search capabilities using deep reinforcement learning for image and point cloud object search. Onkar's research experience includes roles as a Visiting Researcher at MIT CSAIL and CNRS, and as a Research Student at The University of Tokyo. Teaching Assistant experience at IIT Jodhpur and research work at Hitachi's Yokohama Research Laboratory further contribute to Onkar's background. Onkar holds a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering from The University of Tokyo, a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Jabalpur, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from IILM.
