Aïssa Fadel

Aïssa FADEL is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and procurement. Currently serving as Global Supply Chain Manager at Hitachi Rail since May 2020, Aïssa has overseen supplier performance and implemented a Material Control system to enhance operational efficiency. Previously at Serco, Aïssa managed multi-million dollar tender evaluations for Dubai Metro and participated in significant government bids. As Head of Supply and Procurement at CAFU, achievements included $19 million in savings on a $200 million spend and ERP system upgrades. Notably, Aïssa also served as Supply Chain Manager at Johnson & Johnson, where medical devices valued at over $120 million were distributed annually, and as Senior Supply Chain Planner at SUCDEN Groupe Sucres & Denrées, managing sensitive commodity shipments worth over $2 million monthly. Aïssa holds a Master's Degree in International Business from Coventry University.
