Alessandro Guerra

Alessandro Guerra is a Traction and Auxiliary Control Engineer at Hitachi Rail SpA since September 2018, specializing in the design, implementation, and testing of software control algorithms for asynchronous tri-phase drives and safety-critical protections for transportation systems. Previously, Alessandro served as a Consultant System Control Engineer at Netcom Group S.p.A. and developed control systems for Dual Dry Clutch Transmissions and Autonomous Driving Assistant Systems at Centro Ricerche Fiat. Earlier experience includes a Lieutenant Officer role in the Aeronautica Militare, as well as internships focusing on embedded software development at STMicroelectronics. Alessandro holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Automation and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
