Cath Jeffery

Cath Jeffery, MCIPD, is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in human resources management and employee relations. Currently serving as the Head of HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, and Industrial Relations for Hitachi Rail in the UK and Ireland, Cath has previously held significant roles at Southern Water, including Head of HR and Talent Acquisition, Head of HR Business Partnering, and HR Lead for Cultural Transformation. Additional experience includes serving as an HR Advisor Generalist at East Sussex County Council, Learning and Development Manager and Human Resources Advisor at West Sussex County Council, and Human Resources Generalist at Worthing College. Cath holds a degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Brighton.
