Jaclyn J. serves as the Group Chief Compliance Officer at Hitachi Rail since May 2022, overseeing a comprehensive global compliance program for the company, which generates approximately €7 billion in revenue and employs around 24,000 individuals. Prior to Hitachi Rail, Jaclyn J. held various leadership roles at GE Renewable Energy, including Global Ombuds and Investigations Leader, where a global ombuds and compliance investigations program was led for a $15 billion business unit. Additional experience encompasses compliance roles at the U.S. Department of State, the United Nations, and the African Union, alongside a strong academic background with a Master’s degree in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University, among other educational qualifications.
