Melissa Grove

Melissa Grove is the Vice President of Human Resources at Hitachi Rail since November 2021. Prior to that, Melissa held various leadership roles at Nissan Motor Corporation for over 15 years, including Director of Talent Management for Nissan Americas, General Manager for Renault Global Talent Management, and Senior Manager for Infiniti Global Human Resources. Melissa completed their MBA in Strategy, Finance, and Economics at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
