Michelle Harris

Michelle Harris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilities management and business administration. Currently serving as Head of Real Estate & Facility North Europe at Hitachi Rail since September 2014, Michelle leads the management of the global head office and regional offices, focusing on the development of efficient business processes. Prior to this role, Michelle was self-employed as a Business Office Manager from October 2012 to September 2014, where responsibilities included establishing business administration processes and providing comprehensive administrative support. Earlier experience includes serving as Office Manager at Ellipse, where Michelle reported to the COO, managed office services, supported the senior management team, and initiated various staff-related policies. Michelle holds an LLB in Law from University College London, obtained in 2008.
