Mickael Dubost

Mickael Dubost currently serves as Lead Tech IT & DevOps at Hitachi Rail since June 2024. Previously, Mickael held the position of Lead IT DevOps at Thales from May 2022 to June 2024, where responsibilities included serving as Product Owner of Engineering Environments and leading a team of DevOps Engineers. Mickael's expertise encompasses cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, as well as orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Jenkins. Prior to Thales, Mickael was Head of DevOps and Performance Architecture at Sopra Banking Software, managing CI/CD processes and R&D infrastructure. Additionally, roles at Cassiopae and Gecina contributed to extensive experience in network and systems management. Mickael holds a degree in Telecom Engineering with a focus on Networks & Systems Security from Télécom SudParis.
