Rachele Nucci

Rachele Nucci has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Rachele currently serves as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement at Hitachi Rail since April 2022. In this role, they are responsible for improving candidate quality and reducing time to hire, as well as enhancing the company's reputation, candidate experience, and sourcing capacity. Prior to this, they were the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Hitachi Rail, where they established a global recruiting team and implemented standardized recruiting procedures. Rachele also worked at Ansaldo STS A Hitachi Group Company as the HR Department - Organization & Development Manager and Global Recruiting Manager, where they focused on talent development and global recruiting processes. Additionally, they have experience as a Recruiting Manager at Michael Page, a head hunting company, and as an HR Generalist in recruiting and training at Ali - Temporary Employment Company.

Rachele Nucci obtained a Sociology Degree, 110 cum laude, from Università degli Studi di Genova between 1995 and 1999.
