Ryan Friel

Ryan Friel is an experienced professional in the field of Learning and Development, currently serving as the Assistant Projects Training Manager and L&D Support Officer at Hitachi Rail since September 2017. In this role, Ryan supports the development and delivery of training programs for Train Operators and Third Parties as part of significant rail projects. Prior experience includes serving as a Course Development Specialist at Southeastern Railway, where Ryan produced training materials and explored new training methods, along with roles in claims management and case investigation within the Safety and Environment team. Ryan's career began at Colorlites Limited as a Machine Operative and included customer service positions at Guard House Security and Sainsbury's.
