Yuliya Saroka

Yuliya Saroka currently serves as the People & Culture Lead at Hitapps, a mobile game developer, since February 2021. Prior to this role, Yuliya held positions at Easybrain as an HR Manager and HR Generalist, achieving significant milestones such as hiring over 70 employees and implementing an ATS system. Yuliya’s experience also includes consulting on HR processes at Paralect, leading HR and recruitment at HQSoftware, and working with Swiss IT startups as an HR Generalist and Freelancer. Earlier professional experience includes roles in customs and logistics, account management, and public relations. Yuliya holds a Bachelor's degree in International Law from the International Institute of Labor and Social Relationship and completed secondary education at a Linguistic Gymnasium focused on French and English.
