Carlos Alberto Gómez Méndez

Carlos Alberto Gómez Méndez is an experienced professional in customer relationship management and data management, currently serving as the CRM & Data Manager at HITEC since May 2022. Previously, Carlos held the position of Junior Consultant - CRM at TeKnowLogic Dominicana from January 2018 and worked as Customer Relationship Management Manager at Marmotech from October 2020 to May 2022. Additional experience includes a role as Research Assistant at Wilkes University in late 2017 and Technical Support at TeKnowLogic Dominicana from July 2013 to July 2017. Carlos obtained an Engineer's degree in Information Technology from Universidad Iberoamericana (2015-2019) and pursued Computer Science studies at Wilkes University in 2017.
