Carmen Fraser Youngsteadt

Carmen Fraser Youngsteadt is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Communications at HITEC since April 2024, Carmen also contributes as a National Board Member for Latina Professionals® and as an Executive Board Member for the Texas A&M Hispanic Network, advocating for Hispanic concerns and enhancing student experiences at Texas A&M University. Previous positions include Regional Director of Business and Marketing Operations for the Americas at Fifth Ring and Senior Account Executive and Strategist at MARION Marketing. Carmen's entrepreneurial spirit was showcased through the founding of VIDA Events and Marketing, LLC, an eco-friendly event planning firm. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Taxation and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, both from Texas A&M University.
