Nana Solankar

Nana Solankar is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in production management and process improvement. Currently at Hitech Group since June 2022, Nana independently manages moulding production while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Previous roles include Shift Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed production management and quality assurance, and Shift Incharge at DREAM PLAST INDIA PVT. LTD., focusing on documentation and manpower management. Earlier positions include Production Engineer at Abhishri Packaging Pvt. Ltd. and Trainee Engineer at Plastic Omnium. Nana holds a Master of Business Administration in Operation and Supply Chain Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a B.Tech in Plastics and Polymer Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
