Bonnie Hylton

Bonnie Hylton is a Hep C Case Manager at HIV Alliance and an Assessment Counselor at Rapid Access Center. Bonnie also works as an A & D Counselor at Emergence Behavioral & Addiction Therapies. In the past, Bonnie served as a Mental Health Therapist at Willamette Family, Inc. Bonnie holds a BA.Ed. in Family and Human Services from the University of Oregon and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwest Christian University and Bushnell University.
