Craig Michael Thompson

Craig Michael Thompson serves as the Head of Engineering at Hive HR, where leadership includes managing a team of Fullstack and Test Automation Engineers and overseeing the technical direction of the cloud-based platform that enhances workforce engagement. Since April 2008, Craig has also operated as a Full-stack Developer at craigsworks, providing expertise in JavaScript for both front-end and back-end web applications. Prior experience includes holding the position of Technical Lead at Communicator, where Craig coordinated development efforts within a Scrum framework, and roles at Eturnity, Syngenta, and Eutechnyx as a Front-end Developer. Craig earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
