Donna Petrie has extensive experience in leadership and sales within the education and employee engagement sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Sales at Hive HR since February 2019, Donna has successfully managed partnerships with over 20 key customers, focusing on product adoption and revenue growth. Prior to Hive, Donna held various roles at Teach First, culminating in the position of Alumni Impact National Manager, where responsibilities included leading national alumni engagement activities and managing a team of Local Engagement Officers. Additional experience includes advisory work with Ensina Brasil and an administrative role at the Rural Payments Agency. Donna's expertise is particularly strong in building networks, supporting leaders in educational equity, and maximizing customer success.
