Jen Southern is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people management and human resources across the hospitality sector. Currently serving as the Head of People Science at Hive HR since August 2018, Jen has previously held significant roles, including Lead People Scientist and Group Training Manager at Brownsword Hotels, where oversight included the learning and development strategies for 13 hotels and 800 employees. Jen's earlier positions encompass roles as People Manager for Byron, HR Manager for Meliá Hotels International, and Regional People Development Manager for De Vere Group, contributing to the development of HR functions across various establishments. Educational qualifications include a PGDip in HR Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Manchester Metropolitan University.
