Rachael Riley is a Customer Success Manager at Hive HR, responsible for a portfolio of approximately 30 clients since January 2024. Prior to this role, Rachael served as an Account Executive at Thredd, where Rachael specialized in aligning client needs with product offerings from November 2021 to November 2023. Rachael's experience also includes working as a Partner Relationship Manager at Prosper, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with key partners and managing projects. Earlier in Rachael's career, roles included Trade Marketing Manager at BAT, overseeing accounts in the FMCG market, and Account Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, starting on the graduate scheme and transitioning to an in-house role. Rachael holds a Master's degree in Business and Law from The Open University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, Marketing, and Economics from the University of Sunderland.
